How does Online Training work?
We give you a dedicated personnel trainer who provides you with a completeley personalised meal plan and execise programme. On a weekly basis you will be expected to check in with you trainer to adjust and monitor progress and review and update meal plan/workout programme where necessary.
I'm new to exercise, is this plan suitable for me?
You work at your own pace on a range of exercises based on your experience. Each exercise is fully demonstrated, if you struggle with some of the advanced exercises we have recommendations for alternatives.
Do I need a gym membership?
It is not essential we have several options for those that want to workout at home or in a gym. Your trainer will tailor your plan accordingly.
I'm a vegetarian / vegan, does this program cater for my needs?
Absolutely! We cater for all dietary requirements/allergies/
How long does it take to receive my full customised programme?
We will respond within 48 hrs of receiving your completed online questionnaire.
I'm looking to build muscle, is this plan suitable for me?
It is suitable for all body types as each plan is specific to the individual.
How often do I need to train?
Training can be done from 2 days per week up to 6 days per week depending on your goals/time frame.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
Equpimpent is not essential but upon starting your programme and reviewing your goals your trainer may suggest relevant equipment.
Where can I find support during the plan?
You have 24hr access to the online members area which provides you with videos and tutorials. You also have weekly check ins with your trainer but you can also contact your trainer at any time throughout your programme.
How long is the programme for?
You have two options. 3 month programme paid for monthly and a rolling option that is done ona month by month basis.
